I was lucky enough to run into Aldo, who told me about his experience as coaching in different work groups, which he helped to improve and perfect key points to achieve a common and an individual goal, in the business field.
I told him that I was leading a team of hockey girls from a club in Buenos Aires, but I never imagined that his business projects could fit in with this type of group. Even less, knowing that there was no need.
I think the key to the success we had in "Self-recognition" was exactly that, there was no conflict, and this exceeded the expectations of all the members of the team. The techniques that were applied were designed precisely for the group. The players thought that by working with Aldo they would continue to work on the specifics of the sport and the emotions that arise in the competition itself.
